TV producer Joachim (Amalric) heads for the USA to start afresh. Later he returns to France with a band of striptease artists to whom he has promised a premiere in Paris. Staying in cheap hotels, they are carried along by camaraderie. However, on reaching Paris, Joachim’s past returns to threaten their success.
