A delightful comedy drama about a young teenage boy growing up in Swansea in the
1980s. A bit of a loner, he gains some kudos when the school’s wild and dangerous
free spirit befriends him, and there begins a touching but complicated relationship. An
experienced adult cast has fun in supporting parts as parents and neighbours, but the
kids are brilliant.
